Convenient location to walk downtown.

Hotel right downtown. Close to everything. For an older hotel in a small town it was comfortable

It was a great hotel central to all we needed. The light in the bathroom kept flickering all the time and the light in our entrance way was burnt out, we mentioned it to staff and nothing was ever done about them. It was a hassle to a couple days to find our keys didn't work nor the wifi and we were told it was because we had to check in with the desk each day to renew our keys. It just seemed to us that there were a lot of different staff almost everyday and so maybe that's why things were missed. I had also called a few days ahead to add a night to my existing room and she assured me that was all done but when I arrived that was not the case

The toilet was small and low to the floor. Uncomfortable for seniors.

Great location within walking distance to the bridge and local shops including groceries, coffee and dinner. The room was lovely, spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend staying here.

Great location and the front desk staff, Mel, made check in a breeze. Bed and pillows are my favourite for a good sleep. Only complaint is we love breakfast room service but after many stays have learned it’s never possible. When you call down to Begbies they’re always short staffed therefore that option is unavailable.

The room was terribly dirty couldn’t see out the window, cause the window was so dirty. The headboard had splashes all over it. I had to get the bedsheets and covers changed because there was blood and hair on the cover. The staff did not want to do both beds, but I made them do both beds anyways. Everything is very old and very dated and the carpet is disgusting.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite with the pull out sofa. The living room was very spacious. Lots of windows that opened throughout the suite. Nice for fresh air. We would definitely stay again. We had one minor complaint. There was no pen or paper in the room. The staff at the front desk were so friendly and helpful. I am sorry I didn’t catch their names. The younger girl working the desk gave us some great recommendations for Restaurants. The location was a plus. Safeway was across the street. Bakery and Mr Mikes a few doors away. Billy Barker Casino was down the street. The hotel was walkable to everywhere we needed to be. Love that.

Hotel is clean but basic

Very friendly staff and clean rooms.

Terrific to have a bath for the evening, room service for my dinner and go down to the old fashion restaurant for a wonderful breakfast! One of Quesnel you must enjoy!!!

Very clean room, staff is helpful and polite, near all amenities. Lots of parking .

All was excellent from check in to check out. Great service and great food in the bar. Will stay again
