Very clean and staff was friendly.

Room and hotel were nice. Our neighbors were very noisy and yelling out in the hallway. Some barking could be heard as this is a pet friendly hotel.

Would stay again. Was great for what we needed.

Pool not available. Elevator warm and could have used air freshener

Very clean room. The hotel is older, but a clean, spacious room with a comfortable bed is all I needed One note: it says it's pet friendly. If you have a dog allergy, try requesting a pet-free room when you book. (Our room showed no evidence of pets.)

Please and please get curtains that covers the day light it wakes me up too early.

It wasn’t terrible. Everything appeared to be clean. The mattress we had was lumpy and felt like it was 10 years old. Our room seemed to have an issue with humidity as all our clothes became damp after 2 nights. Breakfast was average and everything was disposable, but all the cups were wrapped in plastic like the ones that go in rooms. So much waste.

We were disappointed that the pool was closed, but the rest of the facilities were great, and the breakfast was outstanding

The pool and hot tub were out of order for repairs, there wasn’t any air conditioning in the corridors. The room showed a lot of wear

Quiet and close to my business appointment

There was hair left in the shower, the hotel common areas were not vacuumed, nor were the stairwells and some of the hallways. I told the rep at the front desk that there was hair in the restroom. Did not mention the common areas that need to be cleaned, and the parking lot could be cleaned up as well to help improve the look of the property. The hotel failed to list the pool was closed for repairs as I would have like to have known this ahead of time since I brought a suit and was looking forward to a swim. The check-in rep was great, and when I called the front desk as to how to operate the tv, she actually came up to the room and showed me how to operate it. She was really, really good - friendly, welcoming, and professional.

We had a fantastic stay, room was very clean, beds were comfortable, noise level was very low . The only complaint was the lighting in the bathroom. My wife has trouble with her eyes and it wasn't bright enough for her to put makeup on and dry her hair .

I will come next year

This was to be a special almost 1st wedding anniversary getaway. Upon arrival at the desk there was an intoxicated guest being wheeled away in one of the luggage carts, an overwhelming smell of diesel & a large liquid mess on the floor where that guest was. We don’t have a pet & wasn’t asked at check-in if we had a pet but put in a pet room that was clearly not cleaned in awhile. There was loose dirt on one comforter, stains on the walls, cobwebs in corners, black goo near door knob, & a tacky floor. We stayed one night in that room. The pillows reeked of dog & linens not fresh smelling. Mattresses old & worn & beyond uncomfortable. Dogs barking in other rooms. The shower had mold in the tub & a hideous large brown stain on the inside shower curtain. Told assistant manager next day of issues & showed her pictures. She was nice & apologetic & moved us to a “better” room. The mattress had a huge brown stain & there were ants crawling around in the bed & on the nightstand. I slept in the chair & wife “slept” with one eye open for the ants & skeevy mattress . Expedia no help because they booked the room through a 4th party. Main manager didn’t seem to care about room issues & said there wasn’t anything she could do as it was booked through Expedia but did call them & said we had to call for a refund of $100. No apology from her for the awful unsanitary issues we endured & spending $788 for 3 nights! NOT acceptable!! Will never stay at a Best Western or use Expedia ever again.
