Required gratuity for "free" breakfast - hostess took coupon and went back to her phone - never saw another staff person - who earned the "required" gratuity.

Clean room and bathroom. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. I would stay here again.

The restaurant was excellent. The check in was excellent and both front desk people. However the rooms are old and ours had an odor like it was smoked in at one time. Needs paint and new sheets etc.

Good breakfast meal. The staff serving was so helpful to me since I use a cane.

Chris and his female cohort at the front desk couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. Parking was convenient.

This was our last hotel on our way home from a long trip. We loved having access through our “back door” into the covered atrium. Although I have mobility issues, I was able to get into and out of the pool by myself. The breakfast was amazing, and the food was plentiful. Fresh tortillas, “real oatmeal” (not dry packages), etc. we also had a very nice dinner. Can’t say enough good things. I’m sure this a renovation of an old hotel, but it was perfect for us! Extra points for the Keurig style coffee pot!

Our stay at the Best Western in Raton was very nice. The staff was friendly, our meal at the on-site restaurant was really good and the rooms were quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was great (order the pancakes for sure!). Would definitely stay here again!

Room was good but the next morning when we were getting ready to leave, we realized no shower curtain for shower. Had to lay a bunch of towels on the floor for water spraying
