Nice hotel

Room was clean and the service was very helpful.

Clean, quiet and very friendly staff. Lots of parking and excellent breakfast choices.

Everything was great except we reserved the bathroom with the jacuzzi tub for a reason didn’t work. But everything else was great.

Best Western was unable to access the Expedia reservation when I checked-in which made the stay a bit awkward. The gym at this facility is supposed to be 24-hours however, you need to have the staff let you in early in the morning - 6 AM - not ideal. Also, most of the machines in the gym were non-operable (one treadmill and one elliptical out of service) . Bathroom had an annoying motion sensor light that cannot be deactivated. Everything else was good with no issues - clean room, decent breakfast, cookies on check-in.

Best hotel we have stayed out ever very clean. Excellent breakfast great beds plus atmosphere definitely stay your next trip to Saskatoon.

It was a decent stay but the concierge was more like help yourself we don't do service. We had to help ourselves to the trolleys and kitchen items.

This hotel was just okay. I don’t love carpets in hotel rooms as I feel they may be hiding germs I can’t see. About 15 minutes after I checked into my room the door lock was being accessed and I called out “Hello?”. A lady who apparently checked in soon after I did was given keys to the same room! She was very nice and apologized about it but it was clearly not her fault! Thank goodness it was another woman and not someone else who may have had bad intentions or it if I had left the room and my things were taken! She went back down to deal with the mixup and I received a call shortly after, asking if my room was okay! No mention about the issue until I brought it up. The front desk clerk said it was “my bad”, and said he thought it was ME asking for keys again! He said he told her that he thought he already gave her keys, but he gave her more, obviously without checking her ID! I was nervous the rest of my stay! The next morning I went down for breakfast, which was actually good, but when I went back to my room to get ready for my day and pack up, my keys did not work! I was not a happy guest and I will not stay at this location again, even if it was a bit cheaper than the others on the day I stayed…not worth the risk!

Too bad that the snow infront of the hotel and huge ruts weren’t cleaned up at all …. This led to ice which was really gross and dangerous to deal with

The breakfast was good! Coffee was in desperate need of more grounds! Parking was easy and lots of room. The shampoo conditioner bodywash situation could be of much better quality. The bed is way to firm and springy feeling for my body but those who like firm beds will enjoy. The staff were all very friendly and easy to talk to!

Lots of options for breakfast! The pool & tub was clean!
