I was there with my son. We enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was really nice. Thank you.

Staff was kind and room was very clean and quiet. Breakfast was fully stocked with nice variety. Just a heads up that two best westerns I have stayed at had issues checking me in and issuing the security deposit. Unsure if it had to do with my credit card or if it was an Expedia issue. The front desk was very kind while they worked it out and I have no complaints about it.

Very clean hotel and room. Awesome guy at check-in, chatted for awhile. Rare these days to find someone like him that can actually have a conversation. Good stay there. Only had one issue, it would be a decent hot breakfast if the person in charge of it actually kept the food trays replenished. Seemed she was waiting for every last bit to be gone then she would cook a little bit and bring it out. Got a bit to eat and gave up waiting.

Nice clean hotel

There was a cheeto on the floor in my room (not mine) but otherwise nice.

room was good, clean, some minor cosmetic repairs could of been better, but otherwise nice comfy beds.

The beds felt wonderful except the pull out sofa was uncomfortable by teenager said.

Friendly Staff

The room was OK. Temperature regulation was difficult. There was no food available at breakfast. Out of 3 days we got 1/2 a breakfast. Obviously couldn’t keep up with the hotel guests. Had to go elsewhere and buy breakfast.

Needs to be updated

Clean, staff and the only disturbance was a noice twice during the night that woke us up. Not sure what it was but sounded like a remote vacuum that bounced off the walls.

Yes my stay was great

The breakfast had limited selection with burnt eggs, stale old bread and limited yogurt options. Hotel staff very friendly and rooms were clean. Only complaint was the breakfast amd would suggest eating someplace else.

Pool open, kids enjoyed. Pub next door which was handy, good food, No minors allowed. Hotel clean

If you want sleep do not go here. No control of people running up and down their halls late at night when others are trying to sleep. They are now trying to accuse me of breaking a coffee table that I didn't even touch. Seems like they are running a scam here. I have been charged 4 X for the security deposit for a total of $800 to my credit card. The manager is never around to discuss and has not returned my calls or addressed my concerns. I have 40 plus employees that will not be staying there ever again. Horrible customer service.

Staff is awesome!! Our toilet wasnt working properly so they moved us rooms right away!! Food is good, lots of variety!!
