The parking was 10min walk Staff wasn't helpful Bathroom sink was clogged There was nothing in the room at all, not even drinking water. Even in the bathroom, there was nothing. But I asked them for soap, and they brought it when I requested it.

Das ekelhafteste Frühstück meines gesamten Lebens - alles vom Vortag, eine Dauerbaustelle überall, Pool nicht benutzbar, Hygiene schrecklich, Gym war versprochen (nur eine zugemüllte Bude) für sowas Geld zu verlangen, ist respektlos!! Wie man diesen Aufenthalt entschädigen kann… Ja da bin ich sehr gespannt. Überall Katzen im gesamten Gebäude. Überall alles verstaubt. Eine absolute Katastrophe! Urlaub kann man das definitiv nicht nennen - eher eine Zumutung! Um 01:00 Uhr morgens angerufen zu werden, war nicht mal das Schlimmste, gefolgt von weiteren 4 Anrufen bis 4:41 Uhr. Das man das als Resort bezeichnet, da kann man nur lachen. Ich erwarte eine komplette Zurückerstattung

They give kids swimming lessons so the pool is always crowded and the water is dirty it looks yellowish also there’s a power outage everyday for couple hours

Friendly and very helpful staff who go out off their way. Clean and good size rooms.

The hotel is still stuck in the 70s. There is a very long walk from reception to the rooms, the lifts would barely work and the place was quite noisy when trains went by.

Not so good don’t go to this hotel

It was a nightmare. I lost 2 nights of my money. I checked in another hotel.Aifu was a nightmare, AC never worked, TV never worked. Bathroom shower is so tiny after shower bathroom floor was flooded. Just one towel for 2 guests. Not happy losing my money, but I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Not enough lighting
