Room was clean and spacious. Most comfortable bed I've had in a long time.

This hotel provided everything we needed for our 4 night stay in Milan. The location was good, nice restaurants and places to have a pastry or a drink within a few minute walk. The metro was very handy but you can walk to most sights in 20/30 minutes. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was a good size (we booked a twin). The only downside was our room was at the lift and beside reception so could be very noisy at night. No fault of the hotel but the guests. They do have signs up requesting that you consider others. I’d recommend staying here and would stay again (requesting a room on a different floor away from the lift).

Great hotel! Very clean and kept up well. Staff was friendly during check in and helped with calling a taxi when I needed it. Breakfast was very basic though. Only warm items were scrambled eggs and bacon. Mostly offered pastries, which I am more of a savory breakfast person than sweets. The only other thing I didn’t like was the cleaning person knocking on everyone’s doors telling us that she plans to “clean the room later”. I was only here for 1 night and wished she didn’t wake us up to tell me that even though I was checking out that day. Otherwise, highly recommend.

The fridge was broken in my first room, and not working properly in the one to which I was moved. The energy saving light system is clumsy and difficult to use

Durante nossa estadia a reposição das toalhas de banho limitou a entrega de uma toalha, mas havia dois hóspedes no quarto.

Generally OK and in a good location. However rooms look a bit tired, lots of chipped paint and mould around the sealant in the shower and basin etc. These things need checking every few months - the owners have let basic maintenance lag a little.

Viaggio di lavoro. Hotel confertevole e pulito, vicino alle metro M2 (da e per stazione centrale) e M4. Buona e ricca colazione dolce e salata anche se da un giorno all'altro non ci sono variazioni nell'offerta.

The room was very basic. Power points for charging phones and watches etc were minimal and didn’t really have the power to charge them. They told us we could have an additional towel, so we didn’t have to share but when it came to washing them, we only got one back. Thought this was very unhygienic that guests had to share towels. We were told there was hot water for hot drinks available 24 hours a day but this was not the case. The doors for the room with the hot water got locked. The breakfast was ok on the couple of occasions we had it. Overall, quite disappointed with the room. We expected better.

Sauber, sehr nettes Personal, Zimmer konnte früher bezogen werden-alles Top. Verkehrstechnisch sehr günstig gelegen M2/M4/Tram quasi um die Ecke. Ansonsten ist in der unmittelbaren Umgebung eher wenig los. Einziger Downturn: selbst für Olympia war der Preis des Zimmers - ziemlich happig.

Friendly helpful staff, the breakfast buffet was a good value with a nice variety of offerings.
