Very clean

Was close to town great parking tidy room nd plenty of space in room clean nd tidy was really happy

Check in was seamless, the room was on the ground floor for which I was grateful, with all the amenities needed. The unit was very clean and the staff friendly.

Nice place to stay, friendly lady on front desk and a nice clean apartment to stay in on our way from Wellington to auckland via the Bay. Thanks

Lack of English speaking staff a reception caused difficulty with our visitor being directed to another motel.

Was nice and clean and just what we needed. We had attended a friend's wedding and really only needed a room to sleep in. It's pretty close to the Tauranga route, and at times was a little noisy but nothing major and we had no problems getting to sleep.

It's was excellent value for money. Very clean. In walking distance to many cafes and mine.

Close to main road so traffic can be an issue even at night with logging and freight trucks - use the earplugs. Parking is marginal especially when full capacity a space is a premium

It’s clean and has a great heat pump. My husband found the bed comfortable but I found it a little uncomfortable.

M Hotel in a great location. The staff were warm and friendly on arrival and most helpful. The rooms were clean and equipped with a kitchenette and rooms serviced daily. Well recommended.

Great location, friendly staff. Would stay again.close to the main road but no road noise at night. Try to get a room down stairs with outdoor garden.

Cold night , bad heating , only half electric blanket worked . Noise from above residence .looked out of back window in unit and it looked like a rubbish tip. Satchets of coffee and tea really cheeap nnasty, had to go to gas station for a descent drink

On main road frontage so could be a bit noisy from time to time
