Common areas were well maintained but the rooms needed some maintenance.

Ice machines were all broken and the air conditioner is noisy. Beds were good. Bathroom door was a heavy sliding door.

We did not receive the room we reserved. Reserved a handicap accessible room but room given was not handicap accessible.

Fantastic everything

The location is near BYU, convenient, and safe. The person at the front desk was efficient, happy and welcoming. I like that the sink area is separate from toilet and shower. A low glowing night light would be nice. I would stay here again.

One of the nicer spots in Brigham City

Pleasant and clean. Couldn't figure out the heating/cooling in the room but otherwise enjoyed the room and the motel.

It was quiet and the staff was very polite

The staff was really nice, the property is clean. However, none of the ice machines had ice and the drapes in our room wouldn't close, only the window shade, which still allowed quite a bit of light in, so we were wide awake by 6:30. Also, Hilton Hotels, which Hampton Inn is a part of, swapped out their thick, comfy mattresses for smaller, horribly hard mattresses. It's like trying to sleep on a concrete slab. So we won't be staying in Hilton Hotels anymore.

It is in downtown Brigham City, about 4 miles from Interstate 84. Not many dining option close, even by car. Quiet neighborhood but not many services like gas stations.
