El lugar nos gusto mucho y muy cerca del parque Tabasco que era el motivo de nuestra visita, lo unico que no nos gustó fue que habia un olor fuerte a caño en el baño que impregnaba la habitación, el desayuno buffet muy bueno

El hotel es de muy mala ubicación, no tiene lugares cercanos, no bancos, ni tiendas, ni oxxos nada.

Enjoyed the location which is across the street from a park where we caught an evening open air tourist bus and went around the city. Great open air food court a few yards from the hotel with a wide variety of food choices. If you want more fine dining, a variety of nice restaurants walking distance

The pros: proffesional service at the front desk, good breakfast The cons: double room too small, insufficient noise insulation

Todo bonito El desayuno muy malo y además no informan el horario.

Buena ubicación y variedad de lugares cercanos

Buena calidad de alimentos e instalaciones, el desayuno era variado. Lo malo la limpieza de la alberca, estaba súper sucia

Las toallas viejas y manchadas, en general la habitacion no tiene mantenimiento, las paredes estan sucias, habia polvo en los buros, en terminos generales al hotel le falta mucho mantenimiento, yo no vuelvo

La ubicación para el objetivo de mi viaje fue perfecta, muy buen servicio y limpieza.

I am driving solo from Mexico to Tulsa. This was my first stop. I stayed Christmas Eve and Christmas night. The staff was wonderful and the facility very clean and pretty. I treated myself to the suite, not knowing they had no elevator. I was a little disappointed that the room was so basic. However, it was nice. I paid quite a bit for the room being the holidays which was understandable. I was out off that they have an extra charge for the water and coffee in the room! My room faced the malecón which was very noisy. The kitchen sink had hit water but not the shower. I could hear the music from a near by restaurant. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well! The hotel had a good vibe, and the staff was very friendly! I would definitely stay there again for a night or so but wouldn’t enjoy it for a long stay.

It was an amazing stay. It’s a smaller size hotel room but for a couple it’s a nice size. The breakfast was amazing! I’d be back just for the breakfast. Very nice location. Close to a variety of restaurants and other hotels.
