Air con broken so a bit hot but otherwise a great place to stay for work

Excellent customer service. Front desk reception is welcoming and AMAZING! Beautiful breakfast too. Sadly, ... 1. Room was not properly cleaned. Dog's fur on carpet. My daughter was sneezing uncomfortably due to allergic reaction. 2. There was no shower cream. Thankfully, we brought something to use. 3.Shower was leaking.

Room wasn’t cleaned, 1 towel left in room, paid £10 to upgrade as couldn’t see tv in 1st room, then paid extra for a new room which wasn’t cleaned or fresh towels or vacuumed and not one drop of hand soap or shower gel, asked for £10 refund and still nothing

Good stay, very well decorated room, good Aircon, TV, Iron & ironing board. The only thing that let it down was the hairdryer, the controls were covered with tape so you could only have on speed/heat and switch on and off by the plug.

The room was very small although with a nice bed and bse I was on the ground floor, the room floor above was very squeaky which was not very pleasant

Staff were great, Breakfast was lovely, Rooms were ok but not very clean. We didnt have any cold water due to a drop in pressure so was unable to make tea or coffee.

Pros : The shower must be the best I have ever used in any other hotels I have ever stayed in .I can say that there is a good quality -price relationship between both . However ,I would suggest if the could provide a foldable table and /or chair because many people may use it for eating or working although,I believe that this hotel has been thought just to stay overnight and go. Besides ,we found stains in one of the pillow covers with old makeup stains . They should dispose it instead of still provide it to guests because it may give a bad impression.

Lovely hotel with a great restaurant

Pleasant clean hotel renovated and maintained to a good standard. Helpful staff. Car park charges are extra (not sure why) and room felt small, tightly squeezed in as if trying to maximise qty of rooms over guest comfort.. But aside from feeling small... was well maintained, clean and provided a good nights sleep.

They put me into the top of the building up 4 flights of stairs in a room with no radiator BUT a fan from Argos approx 10 in tall was the only form of Heat =ABSOLUTE PATHETIC !

Another good stay. Hotel beats premier inn/travel lodge for value, comfort and style. Have been lucky to be upgraded to double room on both occasions we've stayed a couple of nights. Will probably return as we have family in the area and this seems to be consistently nice and handy. Lots of shopping and eating places within 10-15 minutes, good access from motorway.
