Great location, easy parking, clean room. Mattress too soft for a hotel but I slept ok

Good location, very worn feeling. Bed was very low and sank in the middle. Shower was dirty and there was no shampoo/conditioner. Barely any plugs in the room. Completely blanked by staff when checking out.

Good location for centre but tired decor. No sockets by beds. Cheap and cheerful. Friendly counter staff. £5 for overnight parking.

Basic but clean and the bed was really comfortable. My room was right at the front by the main road and although I could hear some traffic, I still slept well.

The quality of services was excellent

Booked for 2 nights with parking. Van broken into on the first night and tool chest stolen. Police informed. Redwings Reception wouldn't let me look at their CCTV. I also booked in error for 2 nights next week but no refund offered. I will never stay at this hotel again.

The mattress was absolutely filthy, very very stained. No fan in the bathroom so always smelled damp and the toilet continually ran with water.

Good affordable place if you just want a place to stay. Very convenient if going to football. I would stay there again.

Booked this stay to be close to the university to complete work. Now the review I’m about to give it isn’t a reflection on the staff as they were lovely BUT my god…the room was foul. Once the smell of cleaning product wore off there was a very strong spell of pee throughout the room, the bed was sunken and very uncomfortable, and they put me in a room on the bottom floor road side which felt like the traffic was in the room with me, the window didn’t close properly so the noise from the road was terrible. I didn’t sleep a wink. They offered to swap my room but ended up giving me another room that was already booked so I cancelled my stay with hotels.com (who were very helpful) I honestly wouldn’t stay here if you want to sleep.

Nice clean cheap accommodation about 10 minutes walk from the centre of Wolverhampton. The onsite car park is only a fiver for 24 hours. On a busy road, so if you get a room next to the road, then there is lots of traffic noise, unfortunately. Apart from that, the hotel is lovely

Didnt get any sleep as an alarm kept going off all night. It was awful.

Great staff

Upon arrival ro the hotel check in was quick and easy. The cleanliness of the rooms was very poor! I had travelled with family so between us we had 2 rooms and both rooms were not cleaned to a good standard, we had to wipe down and clean ourselves. The bathrooms in particular were not clean. If you’re looking for somewhere cheap I would book but if you pride yourself on hygiene and cleanliness I wouldn’t stay. I won’t be staying again.
