Comfortable and value for the price. Close to the part of Bristol we needed to visit. Easy parking.

Everything was lovely and was set in such a beautiful space. Staff were absolutely on point and couldn’t have helped us enough. 5* from me and the group I was with which in total was 4 rooms. Will definitely be coming back again x

Had to get this place due to being closest to my job. Room is very outdated, cracked walls, cold , looks like from 70s…. Went to bathroom and was shocked to see mouldy ceiling….. asked to move to another …. Was moved to a nicer family room, but still walls with cracks, can see some creepy crawlers live there…. Radiator in the room started to work at some point but it went so hot… had to switch it off. Tried to turn on before bed, nothing, was cold, but woke up in the morning sweating as again it went on ( maybe local timer for whole hotel is on or something) walls are so thin, i could hear people next door sipping tea! Breakfast in the morning….. what can i say….. by the way, the room i got was executive double room!!!! Please check photos before you book. Unfortunately it was the worst stay for me for some time…. Unfortunately will not be coming back

Friendly, helpful staff, comfortable and very clean room. Breakfast excellent value. Some aspects of the accomodation appear a little "tired" but are being addressed by the current owners. Recommend.

Clean, big room, big tv, great shower. Super comfy bed with fan if u get easily hot during the night. Warm room in the morning. Walls are a bit fin though.

Malgré la barrière de la langue, nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Le personnel à notre écoute et faisait tout pour nous faciliter les choses. Chambre confortable dans un petit jardin, pas de bruit. Petit déjeuner excellent et cuit à la commande pour le petit petit-déjeuner anglais

Property was run down with ripped wall paper and staines on the blinds. Not worth the money

Needed somewhere to stay near the university, this was fine, clean room, people were really nice, breakfast was good, could do with a bit of updating but it was clean which is most important.

Easy parking, friendly staff, the property could use a fresh coat of paint, but it has great potential

Good outdoor space

Super stay at this wonderful old barn. Perfect location near the beach and in stunning countryside. The accommodation was beautiful, spacious and well maintained. Jake and Lisa were great hosts.

Needs touching up and cleaning in some parts but othwr than that, a good 3* stay. No complaints. Bed was comfy & pillows were good.
