The property was very loud train going right by the window. The toilet didn’t flush and the pool was freezing. We were charged a $20 early checkin fee even though the room was already ready upon arrival. Housekeeping kept knocking on the door despite the do not disturb sign and the back door didn’t open.

everything but breakfast was 5 star; breakfast was at best mediocre! bacon was burned beyond edibility!

Very easy check in and out. Clean, but looked like carpet in our room could use shampooing . Would stay again!

Not a good place to stay. Hotel room floors are gross. Carpet was torn up. The toilet doesn’t flush in our room. We were told there are no more rooms available, so we had to use the lobby restroom. At about 7:30pm a drunk man was shaking our door trying to get in and scared the life out of my girlfriend. I had to open the door and tell him to leave our door alone cause he wouldn’t stop trying to get in. He kept saying it was his room. Overall it’s not a place I would recommend for women traveling alone. It seems like it’s pretty run down for a Best Western. The pool looked clean and the lobby was decent, but not a place I’d stay again and wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Easy, convenient location. Close to coffee and food options. Close to RR tracks, but noise wasn't that bad.

This property is located in an area with limited choice. Whit that being said it is still in rough condition. The pool was not working when we stayed there. I feel that the property could have told us that along with information on our room is not ready by check in time. Cause they have a text message system that tells you other things. The room was ground floor which I liked cause I didn’t want to lug my bags up the stairs. The room was okay at best the bath tub drain needs to be cleaned out it didn’t drain well. The bed hurt my back. The breakfast is not worth anything in my eyes. Like I mentioned earlier you have limited options in Ephrata and this place is probably the best choice after driving by the others.

Check in was at 3:00pm requested an early check in was told 2:30pm the earliest arrived around 2:50pm room wasn’t ready was allowed to check in but had to wait till 3:40pm to be able to go into the room. Pool and Sauna were unavailable. Hot/Jacuzzi in room did not work.

Nice place

The hotel and room were nice..we got there at 1 and had to pay an extra 20 dollars to check on early but then they sent me a text at 2 saying Ron was ready to check in so didn't think should of had to pay 20 for 1 hour difference but again was ik.. room was nice and clean.. was so looking forward to the hotub we were only in town for 1 night and just happens to b that the hot tub was broken and wouldn't b fixed till the next day but besides those 2 small things the start was great..

Loved this place the only thing is that the hold your money like a secure deposit for a week at least.

The pool is warm, the sauna is great. Everything is clean and staff friendly.

Looked pretty outdated. Refrigerator wasn’t great! Microwave was funky. Could use updating!

Hotel is very dated, sink in our room did not drain properly. Breakfast was not very appealing we ended up eating out every morning. Room was by the main highway and very loud all night.

The young lady who checked us in was very nice, and Frank was amazing he helped take care of a payment issue. Only suggestion, your guests would prefer not to booked at the bottom of the stairs- unless there is no other room available Otherwise the stay was great, breakfast was perfect.

I was in Ephrata for business. This is the best they have to offer since there are no other brand name hotels in the area. Not a bad place, clean room and friendly service. But don’t expect much more than that.
