The bed was hard .its clean

Room was clean, well maintained, and the AC kept it cool. Bed was clean and comfortable. Area was clean, good parking. Unexpected desposit, but deposit was returned quickly after checking out! Would stay again!

Staff told me to run water for 10 minutes minutes it to get hot. Spa not working. Arm of cair broken. Only 1 hand towell. sink and tub missi g deain stoppers

The place is pretty much a dump and the guy working the front desk was very rude. Didn't really wanna help us.

It is not a best western as google maps shows. Very dirty and run down. Not worth staying at.

We picked the place because it had a pool. Arrived and found out the pool was closed by the health department. Hotels should not be allowed to charge full price when major amenities are not provided as advertised. Hotels.com should require a discount or provide a proportional refund. The building was old but appears to have undergone some renovation. The bed is descent the pillows are hard and so thick your neck is at an awkward angle all night. Few in room amenities. The fridge barely kept anything cool. The place was quiet despite the nearness of the freeway. There is no restaurant near by so dinner is subway or gas station food. Unless the taquero is set up on the corner. Breakfast is also subway or gas station food.

No hot water, Spiders in bathroom.

We came in late at night and left first thing in the morning on a road trip. Clean and comfortable is all we needed and it satisfied our needs. Walls were thin as we got woken up a few hours later by other guests talking but didn’t last too long.

Good location. Very basic. Met expectations.

Next to a truck stop, nice place and convenient but nothing much else to do in the area.

Check in was fine. Pool was locked, no explaination of why. Area around the hotel was dirty and noisy, with truck, car, and train noise all night. Room was clean and seemed newly renovated. Nice motel, but hard to get a good night's sleep with all the noise.

They let me check in early without a fee. Thank you. The old man at the front desk was very rude though. Seems like he was having a bad day.

The receptionist was horrible

This is a very run down property. Sheets were clean. Toilet was real low to the ground and slow. Furnishings were in need of repair as was the cracks and unprofessional drywall repair. Lots of cobwebs on ceiling and light sconces on wall by bed had a layer of dust on them.

Nice to have a hot tub for soaking after snowboarding, but wish it were open after 9pm.
