The grandkids loved the pool even though it was very busy. This hotel looks like it is very popular with families. The breakfast area was very busy as well but the staff kept it well stocked and as clean as it could be with the amount of guests that were there. The staff were very friendly and efficient at the front counter, making the check-in and out process very simple.

The front desk lady Claudette was absolutely amazing. I’d say one of their best and nicest front desk. Employees they have :-) breakfast was great a little dried out and overcooked but free so you can’t go wrong. The pool was so busy you couldn’t hear yourself think but it is because it was a Saturday night. Only downfall was hair in the room. Found five or six hairs in the bed. I know they were not private hairs. They were probably from the cleaners lol other than that pretty great stay the kids loved it. We had a blast.

The beds and couch was very itchy, dirty and the pillows felt very unclean my face was itching all day. The staff had also sounded very rude when we had asked for an extra blanket and towel

Our stay at the Best Western in Stony was good, the hotel was fine, staff was friendly but they don't pay attention to the details. I.e. in the fitness area, the TV was broken, the water cooler didn't have any cups, and there were no clean towels. When we went to the pool area, it was very busy and the staff only brought a few towels at a time, which were scooped up very quickly and was still not enough for the number of people in the pool. The breakfast was good- hot waffles, sausages and powdered scrambled eggs and a good assortment of other items. The bed was worn out, and was a bit of a bowl to sleep in, but our room was spacious (we had a queen suite) and clean. Overall, for the price it was good value, but with a little extra effort by the hotel they could really improve the guest experience.

Always the best place to stay. Everything is perfect. Well maintained, great WiFi, wonderful beds, and the best staff. The restaurant in the lobby is excellent, and breakfast is always dependably great. Highly recommended.

Great spot to stay with kids. Some rooms have 2 queen beds and pull out sofa. Pool with slide and hot tub. Close to lots of places to eat and Hwy. Clean room, friendly staff
