Excellent

The rooms were very clean. Loved the pillows. The breakfast was especially awesome. Lots of fruit, tasty sausage and ham. Pancake and waffles with all the trimmings. The latte/mocha coffee machine was a bonus. Very impressed with the whole breakfast. The pool was very clean and the hot tub was nice and warm and relaxing. The staff were extremely helpful and professional. We will definitely stay there again.

Such accomodating, considerate and real staff. Highly recommend. Will stay again soon and this will be the only hotel I stay at in st Albert from now on.

We arrived at the establishment a little earlier than the 4:00 pm check-in time. I had made a request when we made our reservation, a few weeks prior, if we could have a bit earlier check in as we were flying very early in the morning. It was not guaranteed but they would try their best. We were pleasantly surprised that we were able to obtain our room a little earlier. We were so grateful!! Breakfast at the establishment was always fresh and hot. Variety was excellent, too. We used the exercise room and had the basic equipment that met our exercise needs.

The kitchen was closed for renovations but hotel still put on a complete breakfast which was excellent! Grandkids

Everything was great! Housekeeping was wonderful our room was very clean . The breakfast and pool and large rooms are great for kids. Unfortunately every staff member we came across was rude from front desk to the staff in the breakfast area. No one greets you or asks how your stay is going. We were here for 3 nights and it was noticeable.
