It was such a great place to stay. Quiet, clean and well maintained. We had such a relaxed time there.

Had a great stay at Pension Ballwein. The staff are so friendly and hospitable. The rooms were very large and comfortable. Nice breakfast in the morning. Bus stop right in front which is convenient.

A lovely quiet place to stay out of town, super hosts excellent breakfast , tidy room with all facilities and ground floor external sitting area.Buses into Salzburg stop outside the property ,nearest local eating place 2 bus stops and a walk of about 10 mins. Reccomended.

Simon and Daniela are amazing. This place is a paradise with amazing views of the mountains, the castle and wildlife. They take the time and pride in providing an excellent guest experience. I will recommend this place to anyone that wants peace and quiet but close to the city. I am sure I'm going to miss their smiles, and the amazing breakfast.

The owners operate the pension so it is well run. They are friendly and personable and want to ensure your best experience. The city bus stops at the address coming and going and therefore easy to get to the city in 15 minutes.

Ottimo soggiorno da tutti i punti di vista. Non propriamente economico, ma per essere a Salisburgo il prezzo non è eccessivo, soprattutto se si pensa alla qualità del servizio offerto, alla pulizia, alla cura dei dettagli, alla colazione assolutamente completa e abbondante e al comodo servizio di trasporto pubblico proprio davanti alla pensione.

Short drive into Salzburg, several very good restaurants close by, gorgeous views of the mountains from our room which was a large size by European standards with a good size bathroom. Owners very friendly and helpful, exceptionally cleaning and new, the best eggs I have ever had for breakfast. We loved this place; it was the best place we stayed on this trip, would definitely stay again.

La Pension Ballwein est un hôtel que nous recommandons sans hésitation. Simon et Daniela sont charmants, plein de bons conseils et vous accueillerons avec le sourire. Les chambres sont très confortables, très propres et le buffet du petit déjeuner satisfera les plus difficiles. Pour vous rendre dans le centre historique de Salzburg, rien de plus simple. Il y a un arrêt de bus (la ligne 21) juste devant la Pension Ballwein qui vous y conduit en moins de 15mns . C’est avec grand plaisir que nous reviendrons dans cet hôtel.
