Central, walkable and near to basic need stores and dining areas.

El desayuno no me gustó. Muy simple

Servicio de pésima calidad. La habitación que nos ofrecieron fue una terraza , porque no tendían disponibilidad . Lo que significa que recibieron más reservas de las que podían aceptar y no les importó ofrecer un espacio no adecuado , que no era una habitación sino simple te algo improvisado en mal estado sucio desagradable

El hotel tiene no necesita para dormir.

Las camas son muy duras y las almohadas también, me tocó una habitación en el 5to piso que daba a la calle y aún así se escucha mucho ruido; fuera de eso todo bien.

He participado de la Maratón de Medellín y la ubicación del hotel ha estado cerca a las instalaciones del complejo deportivo del estadio atanasio girardot, también relativamente cerca a parques del Río lugar de inicio de la carrera.

It was good. I felt comfortable in the hotel.

IT WAS EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED.

Hotel is what you expect for the price you pay however they had no hot water for my whole stay and kept telling me lies as to why it was happening. Until my last day the staff came clean and told me the truth about having a big issue with plumbing and expecting a tech next Monday. I think i should be compensated for this shortcoming. I get sick if i have to shower with cold water. The staff is a mix of super nice people and some not so nice.

The beds were real solid , very strong detail

The staff at this place was above exceptional. They take your security and privacy seriously. They went above and beyond to deliver my personal belongings to the airport on a short notice when circumstances prevented me from going back to the hotel. Can't thank them enough!

The hotel is located in an really nice area. You can find anything you need nearby. From restaurants, shopping center, supermarket, restaurants, coffee shops, little stores and even pharmacy.

No fue buena la forma en cómo nos trato personal del hotel.

Es ist ein gutes Hotel in guter Lage und Umgebung. Der Preis ist günstig. Das Personal war stets höflich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück ist allerdings sehr einfach. Es ist empfehlenswert, nicht das einfachste Zimmer zu buchen sondern lieber eine bessere Kathegorie.

Very modern and in a centric location. The onsite staff was vary nice however, in more then 1 ocation that I had to go to the check in desk, the staff was having work related(not guest related conversation) I would have until they finished their semi private meetings. In my opinion they should solve my needs and questions and then get on with their business matters Cleaness of the rooms can be worked on,but acceptable
