Nicely maintained and obviously newly renovated! Clean, quiet, and just outside of the traffic in Manchester Center! The only thing I could improve was to possibly have a full length mirror out of the way…the bathroom mirror is the only one, and if two are getting ready it’s a bit of a hassle! Otherwise this place is a gem!

Awesome stay

Everyone was helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and fresh smelling. The grounds were well maintained. There was a nice mountain view in the back yard.

Its a motel so expect motel experience. We had a room in the back building that was only two separate rooms which was nice but not sound proof by any means as their ad claims. Shared deck that both rooms exit into one foyer out to deck. Our door out to deck was difficult get locked as it appears a little out of alignment. The bathroom was nice, bed and linens were nice. Overall clean and good for a quick stay.

Newly renovated rooms. Comfortable beds. Pool was clean. There is shuffleboard, badminton, horseshoe pits, and other games avaliable. Close to stores and restaurants.

Self check in and check out was very convenient and quick. Room was clean. Would stay again.

Beautiful property. Cute clean rooms. Not soundproof as advertised but well worth the price.

Muddy path to entrance, dirty floor, hard mattress, flies in windowsills, hair in shower, no hooks or shelves in bathroom, no microwave as advertised, fussy electric lock, jammed entry door, impossible to reach toilet flush. Not a good experience. Much better choices just down the road.

Great location to fish the Battenkill and good motel value.

Perfect in every way

I've been here twice. Once in March '24 and once in April '25. What a difference a year makes. What was once a tired but cozy roadside motel has turned into a decently (if probably on a budget) renovated/updated and more inviting space. I was perfectly fine staying for one night in the old version but was pleasantly surprised (prior to booking) that it had made improvements. Nice job. Would stay again.

This is a beautifully remodeled in. Very clean, beautiful grounds. Nice bed and linens. Friendly welcoming staff. We would definitely stay here again. The only opportunities that I see, the bathroom though very lovely, difficult with no shelves or cabinet to put anything on the sink. Also, I would recommend adding Roku to the TV as using the Hulu was not All that great. Otherwise, we found the property to be lovely

The hotel is generally very clean and spacious, with an easy check-in and check-out process, which we greatly appreciated. However, we encountered a few issues during our stay. The bathroom lacked functional lighting, forcing us to rely solely on the mirror light. Additionally, the tissue paper holder was broken, and the bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were all empty. Despite these concerns, everything else about the hotel met our expectations and contributed to an otherwise pleasant experience

A quiet and pretty property with lots of parking and space.

Safe and clean property. Nicely renovated bathrooms. It would have been nice to have a couch or somewhere to lounge after a day of skiing but it was a solid place at a good price point.

It was a wonderful setting to stay with our two labradors.

Property was clean and modern. Rooms were warm but quite noisy. You can clearly hear the other guests walking around their rooms even from several rooms away. There is no carpeting so the noise isn't muffled. Breakfast is a to-go breakfast. It's about an easy 25 minute drive to Stratton. We would stay there again.
