Quiet Clean Cheap Did the job

Rooms were clean. Would not recommend for lengthy stays. Very little cupboard space for clothes or bathroom items. Can hear through walls of next door (could hear my neighbour snoring). Toaster available on request but can’t request if you get there after checking and are out and about before office staff arrive. No room to park cars in front of room

Pretty good for the price. Some nights you may hear traffic noise or guests in adjacent rooms, but otherwise it not too bad for it’s prices if you just want somewhere basic to sleep for the night !

I am extremely disappointed that, despite having booked and paid for accommodation through my business for a vulnerable person, and having received a booking confirmation, the accommodation was not available upon arrival. When we arrived at the property, we were informed that Expedia had double-booked the accommodation and that no room was available for us. As a result, I spent my entire Friday evening urgently searching for alternative accommodation to ensure that this vulnerable person did not have to sleep on the street. This situation caused significant stress, inconvenience, and disruption, particularly given the vulnerable circumstances of the individual concerned. I had relied on the confirmed booking and expected that the accommodation I had paid for would be available. The failure to honour the booking placed both myself and the person I was supporting in an unacceptable position.

Easy & convenient place to stay , suited our needs entirely .

Tv didn’t work. I think the batteries in the remote may have been flat.

Yes parking was easy. Recommend ear plugs. You are near hotel and pass vehicles are loud.

Room was clean, although toilet had not been cleaned, (had recent soiling in toilet), everything else was good

Clean room with cold air conditioning. I was disappointed with not having bowls/plates & cutlery though. Apparently you had to request which I did not see that information when booking online until I had arrived late with my kids amd resd it in the envelope. I then tried to get some bowls/ spoons in the morning but the front office was not open. Still wasnt when I left at 9.30 in the morning. Otherwise overall it was comfy and clean.

Lovely place, super clean & would definitely recommend. Just the job for what I needed for a nights stay

Clean & affordable nice family owned

The cheapest onsite accommodation had everything anyone could need. Air conditioner was on when I arrived making the room very comfortable as I walked in. It may be smaller but it had everything I required. Shower was amazing. Next to a service station so food and drinks were readily available if needed.

Last minute booking and was all we needed

Room was clean, bed comfortable, the only problem, I couldn't fill up the kettle from the bathroom basin

Light didn’t work in room , nowhere properly to park car , curtains don’t open , was loud all night from other guests drinking no noise restrictions after a certain time . Office was only open once for short moment . Room was clean

Room was spotless. Had everything we needed for an overnight stay after a brutal overnight flight. Lovely staff. Was a catch up on sleep stay as we headed up North. It’s not a five star luxury resort so rating it for what it is.
