Comfortable, quite reasonably well equipped and easy walk to town

The apartments are well located in Orange close to shops and central to Orange. The units are a little dated but had everything you needed and a well equipped Kitchen with fridge. Air conditioned. The only down fall was the manager Steve, who wasn't a real friendly guy to deal with but helped us out with our needs. We booked a twin room which should have had 2 beds but when we got there they only had a single room. The manager ended up giving us 2 single rooms and we appreciated that but this should not have happened. We would stay again but next time check with them directly that they have the correct room.

This was possibly one of the worst establishments I have stayed at. I would call this a motel, not a serviced apartment. Furthermore, the cleanliness and hygiene standards were well below par, even for a motel. The people who were staying here were quite questionable in nature- playing loud music outside at night, cigarette smoking and drinking in the parking lot, with frequent sounds of smashed bottles. Finally, the owner was extremely rude- check out was at 10am and we were running a tiny bit late. At 10:10am- the owner started banging on the door and trying to force the door open- this completely scarred my wife and I. He then proceeded to curse at my wife and I despite the fact that we tried to explain that the only reason we were late was basically because it took 20 minutes for the hot water to come on in the showers.

Check in was good. Noisy neighbours. Thin walls could hear other guests. Room was clean and tidy

Property was basic but clean and presentable. Quiet area

I really like the grounds of the property - beautiful gardens and well maintained. I also like the security with a gate that locks at night. I don't like that the TV does not pick up all the stations. There is the audio but no picture for a number of them and that I find annoying. I noticed that the rooms have been recently spruced up. The managers are always friendly and welcoming.

It was quite, easy check in and check out. Close to town, restaurants etc.

Each apartment was self contained and just enough for a short stay. It was quiet and gardens were well kept.

Kitchen light didn't work, everything else was very good - parking access and after hours security with the gates, gardens and surroundings were very well maintained. Proximity to town was very good would recommend to friends and stay again.

Great location in orange cbd. Comfortable, clean and quiet.

Check-in and check out was smooth and no fuss. Ample parking and room had all basic amenities, including kettle and microwave. Location is second to none as close to the heart of Orange. Would recommend.
