Penilaian & Ulasan Keseluruhan Crossroads Hotel Liverpool

I booked 2 rooms in this hotel. Checked in was a bit hard as I have to go through the lounge room and check in at the bar, I can smell the cigg all over the room. Room 10 for my parents was great, smell good, has toilet basin and sink. Everything was nice and clean. Room 13 for my wife, my 3yo daughter and I was a bit smelly. Manchester and towel was nice and clean but the forgot to leave shampoo. Corridor 's light was not working properly, only 1 light was on. Could not open the window as they attached another window frame with glass so it was quiet but lack of fresh air. The lady who was making up our room was super friendly and nice. We had a few good small talk with her.
