Lovely clean space, very comfortable & clean

Convenient to Ulladulla CBD, nice room, problem holding door open during packing/unpacking. Access card must be removed when one party exits, leaving other partner without electricity.

It quiet and close to shops

Have stayed there before and it was better than this time. Patrons above were very noisy even at 2 and 3am. Microwave was too high to reach, therefore unusable. no soap holder in the shower. no usuable storage for breakfast cereals etc, Won't stay there again

Wifi was terrible needs updating

Rooms have double bed that is old school so when you sit up in bed it runs away on wheels. Was excited that wine glasses in fridge cold ready for wine but they were all dirty. Outside lights shine in bedroom all night. No tv in main bedroom. Shower has no pressure but was hot. New flooring installed and looks amazing

As a late arrival due to kids still packing 5 min before we were to leave, was no worry at all a quick call to reception before 17:45 had it all sorted for you with an SMS with a code to access the key/card and the room number

Great place for my overnight stop, close to restaurants and town centre. Will stay here again.

I really like this motel, easy access to beach, self check in with the machine, basic amenities. Interior like vintage cottage, no kettle fine boil water can do in microwave, good balcony.

This is an old fashion solid motel with lots of space in the rooms. The indoor pool is an extra feature.

Building is in need of updating- appliances were loud (fridge / air con). Very small room for 3 people. Couldn’t put anything on the new floor due to coating (causing stains) Very friendly staff

I booked the budget room and was aware that there was some trade off between price and comfort. Room met description. Pluses were roof terrace, great room security clean and well maintained shared toilet and shower facilities, small kitchen available for basic rooms, fan, wifi and fridge. Single bed was basic but servicable. Location is also a plus, close to shops, Warden Head and Rennie Beach. Staff were friendly. Room had no air conditioning, which made it a bit hot during my autumn stay when it got to 34 degrees outside. Fan was essential before the cool change during the night.
