Central property close to motorway with good onsite parking. Large rooms.

Only the bird poop on the car.

Clean, tidy and well-appointed. Beds were comfortable. I would be more than happy to recommend and would stay again.

Very accomodating as we arrived early. Upgraded room which worked so well for us. Fantastic location.

Property was great. Easy to get into and central enough that we could travel in any direction easily. Also found that it was walking distance to Newmarket if you are a keen walker. Owners were lovely and helpful. Will definitely stay again.

Great bedrooms and heaps of space for our clothes. TV in bedrooms was an extra we didn't expect. bathroom was huge and shower was great. wonderful place to stay.

Friendly and accomodating Check-in. Room was clean and mostly well appointed. Would have been nice to have more than one pillow each for the bed. Otherwise, was good for our overnight stay
