Got upgraded which is uncommon but Expedia had double booked a room .

The unit was clean and tidy. Television reception on the old tv was terrible and very limited. After repeated requests to have it looked at with no action we gave up. There was no lighting on the stairs in the evening, only came on when fully dark. Would not return due to lack of communication options with caretaker.

Bed was hard and uncomfortable. On site parking was very limited. Apartment was very old and dated, not luxurious as claimed. Only 2 channels on TV worked. Difficult with top floor for heavy luggage.

Great 2 bed apartment, including garage if needed. Close to the beach & convenient to local shopping.

Great location, spacious clean apartment. Amazing shower with the best water pressure. Garage parking was a bonus. Very quiet complex of only six units, with three of them being permanent residents. Will stay again for sure. 2 min walk to the beach, 2 min walk to a cafe and fish & chip shop, 5 min walk to Mitchies Jetty, just an overall great location.

The pool was so small so must be for children. The apartment was dusty, and smelly. I felt the whole stay was unpleasant and would never recommend this unit

There was great separation between the living area and the bedrooms which was fantastic for us.

Huge and very spacious two-bedroom property that could accommodate at least 4 adult guests or a family of 4; clean with some tolerable detail imperfections on arrival (e.g. food scraps inside fridge, plates and mugs inside the dishwasher, sticky kitchen bench top and surfaces) but managed to clean them ourselves; guests prior to our stay may need to be reminded about proper etiquette relating to self-contained accommodations; kitchen, toilet and laundry were equipped with basic amenities; jetted tub was a warm welcome with the cold winter temperature; secure and lock-up garage parking was a bonus; property is just a little bit antiquated but still presents well with a “homey” feel; reception staff responded promptly to our inquiry and was welcoming; I will use this property again!

Good accommodation in a great location

A useful distance from the jazz festival. The house was however cold till we closed some of the windows and worked out how get the heater to work

Loved our stay at Merimbula Beach Apartments. The apartment was very well equipped, spacious, clean, close to the beach and a short stroll into town.
