Appliances did not work, parking was not easy and expensive

Clean room with small kitchen. Supermarket, restaurants and bars at walking distance. Nice staff.

No frills CBD motel, but it hits the mark. Friendly staff. Clean, and the room was well presented. Super-convenient for city centre New Plymouth. A lovely stay.

Enjoyed our stay the room was very clean and day 2 they fully serviced our room..big tick. Bed was comfy we walked to town everything was close. Definitely will stay again when in New Plymouth.

Lovely people and cleaning staff beautiful units washing and drier facilities but washing machine needs upgrading convenient to shops and Centre city lovely bathroom products and tea and coffee with a touch of live biscuits chocolates and lollies

Handy location, some traffic noise but very comfy bed.

Only stayed for one night but our two room apartment was spotless, well equiped and warm. Owner was friendly and accommodating, highly recommended!
