This is a clean and functional place to stay, making it easy to self cater, and get on the road at a time that suits you. It is not in the centre of town, however. But with your own transport that is not a problem.

This is a great little motel - we always stay here when we’re in Hay. And it’s just a short walk to a great little pub for dinner as well.

Large room. Kitchen light wasn’t work though. Other than that it was a good stay.

The motel was excellent in every way. Easy checkin, spotless bathroom and comfortable bed. Highly recommend to anyone overnighting in Hay.

Really great meals! Room was all we needed for a one night stop. We were also able to charge our electric car. Pool was a nice bonus. A little traffic noise from large trucks but quite OK considering we were right on the main highway

We arrived after office hours and the staff left clear and simple instructions to get into our room. Good place to stay for the night.

I wasn't expecting a lot from an overnight Motel stop, but sadly this fell slightly short. Room was ok, bathroom very basic, easy check in/out, and parking right at door, very convenient. The Motel advertisers a tennis court, my daughter was looking forward to a game after a long drive, unfortunately the court is overgrown with weeds, no net, and clearly hasn't been usable for some years. It's dissapointing they're still advertising this as a feature.

I had an absolutely terrible experience staying at this motel. I found a black spider under the wardrobe, and there were wood mite insects everywhere—on the beds, pillows, towels, walls, and even the ceiling. It would have been better to sleep in my car or continue driving through the night than to spend another moment in that room! I was particularly concerned for my baby’s safety. None of us slept well as we tried to avoid all areas infested with insects, just to get some rest before continuing our journey the next day. We were also terrified that the insects might get into our belongings and come home with us. Although the motel provided insect spray, I don’t think this was an adequate solution. I strongly advise against staying at this motel—it was an appalling experience!

The room for 2 adults & 2 children was comfortable, clean & modern. The kids swam in the pool which was good enough to cool down on a 36 degree day. We were disappointed the restaurant was closed without any prior notification. This made it difficult to find somewhere decent for dinner & no breakfast options. Overall, our room was very good for a one night stop over.
