My mother & I found getting into the shower over a high bath extremely difficult. A separate shower would be better. A little dated but comfortable.

It was good except there wasn’t hot water on the 27th of July. Had tap turned on to only hot water and it was barely luke warm.

A quick room change was appreciated as we were originally given an upstairs room but due to my husband being unable to climb stairs, a quick room change to ground level was made without hesitation or judgement. Very friendly staff!

It was a great one bedroom apartment, clean, spacious, only complaint I could find was it needed a fan in the bedroom

Overall it wasn't terrible but the window in the bedroom didn’t open as the latch was broken so it was very hot and stuffy. If you wanted to swim you had to get a key first which is inconvenient and the people below us smoked so leaving the balcony door open for ventilation wasn't an option as the smoke drifted up and into our room.

Spider webs everywhere, very outdated bathroom

The layout and facilities of the room were great however upon entering we were met with an extremely musty, damp smell. We turned on the AC and open the doors in the hopes of airing the rooms out but no luck. The worst was the ensuite- the smell was so bad, we closed the door and put a towel along the bottom gap. If we had been there more than one night, we would have approached the staff. I made mention of this to the staff on check out. I was also disappointed to see that our master bed was 2 singles pushed together making for a pretty uncomfortable sleep.

Musty smell - the sheets didn’t smell fresh. Some dust on the table lamps and side tables. Otherwise was spacious and excellent facilities.
