Stayed again at motel. Management are lovely & kindly had put heater on for my late arrival. Clean with comfortable beds. Quiet & secure parking. Spa & sauna are so good. Great walks by the river nearby, youll need a car. Will stay again when i visit my sons next.

Property was ok

Larger room , good condition, outdoor sitting area.

Showers dont work properly, very hot then very cold with little ro no water pressure. Showers aren't made to accommodate anyone over 5 foot. No milk supplied. Very poor

Our room had very soft mattresses, and was quite dated, but generally had extra space, a pool outside and a hot tub. It had a small fridge and some crockery and cutlery. It was comfortable enough for 1 night. It certainly was not an 8.8 rating. I might give it a 7.8-8 Staff had left for dinner when we arrived. There was a big home # to call and they came back to give us our key. They were helpful.

The hotel is fine, however the pool was really dirty. I was looking forward to a swim at the end of a hot day and could not get in when I saw how dirty it was

If you overlook the detail the accommodation was reasonably priced, was clean, water was hot, and AC worked and the location was quiet but still provided quick access to the Hume Highway. It had more good things than picky negative things. It also has access to the "Bullring" an excellent (excellent) restaurant for the evening meal and access to a great breakfast in all you couldn't go wrong choosing "Crystal Fountain Motel"

The stay yet again was extremely satisfying the owners make us feel so welcomed and its great to catch up with them every visit totally recommend anyone to stay at crystal fountain it most definitely is our highlight place to stay in Albany

Very quiet and clean

Never saw any staff at reception coming or leaving. Room was clean and a reasonable size room.

The grounds look excellent, but I was too rushed to enjoy, the room was smallish, but big enough for a quick visitor. The bed was comfortable, and the water hot. Ok for me.

Well located and clean

The over all stay was ok as only one nite tho got woken up around 10-30 till late with kids running around making lots of noise, also the cleaner need to focus on the floor of the shower i used it was gross .

Great price, great spot, Springdale tavern great meal around the corner, staff friendly, fresh sheets and towels, comfortable bed, has a sauna and spa

It was a quick and easy overnight stay. The place was clean, no frills and worked well. Great price.

Would stay here again

When arriving at 10.30pm, check in was smooth. But when entering the room, found it had not been cleaned.

Perfect for an overnight stay.

Excellent and inviting pool BBQ spa area

This is a great motel and we would love to stay again. The room was clean, beds were comfortable and shower was fantastic. The pool was amazing. Great set up for kids. Pool noodles etc. My kids really enjoyed this motel. There was a table and chairs both inside the room and on the adjoining balcony. We had such a great time, staff were helpful and friendly. There was no allocated parking, but there was a lot of space to park.
