Good location , old apartment with only 1 air conditioner , dated . Common areas good . Nice family location

We had an amazing stay at the Cashelmara apartments. Our apartment was on the first floor. It was so comfortable, looked exactly like the photos and had a wonderful view. The location is amazing. I would definitely return.

No Staff on site to deal with issues in the room. AH number either took hours to reply or you had to follow them up with call or message.

The disappointing aspect of our stay was the operation of the ‘virtual reception’ concept. The key was not available at the property but at another one in the Burleigh Shopping Centre probably 1.5 kms away where access and parking were difficult. There was no other option communicated to me by SMS to get the keys of the property. People with no vehicle need to be aware of this aspect of ‘customer service’. The property itself was very satisfactory.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment and there was more than enough room for our family of 6. Really beautiful apartments, very clean, great natural lighting, open plan living/dining area. Spacious bedrooms. All appliances supplied and were modern and in good working order. Beautiful view from the balcony. Highly recommend for families.

We were upgraded without asking to a lovely apartment. Wendy was extra helpful. Perfect location handy to everything.

Fabulous views over water& close to easy walking spots Great comfortable bed , kitchen , coffee machine & washer!

The unit was clean and tidy. But its very surprising that there is no air conditioning or even a fan at all in the whole house. Furthermore there is no fly screens at all! So we couldn't open a single window. Once its opened, hundreds of flies came into the house. And we spend so much time and energy to catch flies.... Except for that, everything was fine.

Dining options recommended were very good, Transport simple and excellent Everything walkable from apartment Parking was very good Beautiful beach and walkway, lovely pool

Our room was tastefully appointed - it looked lovely. Comfortable beds, seating etc. Not totally spotless, but clean enough. Location and view were perfect. Host Wendy was very heloful

The apartment we had matched the photo when booking. Everything was great. Even clean windows to do justice to the ocean view. A minor point came up when we discovered the only frying pan was rubbish so staff promised to get a decent non stick fry pan in to the kitchen.

This is older building, rooms were great size, location excellent, enjoyed our stay!
