Clean, pleasant and painless. Great access to all the activities in the Byron shire.

So pleased I found this 'retro gem' of a motel to spend a night. My only regret is that I couldn't stay longer. Tastefully decorated with thoughtful touches and situated amongst lush tropical gardens. Spacious room and large comfortable bed. Next time I'll stay longer and swim in the pool, it looked so inviting!

It was perfectly adequate for our 1 night stay. The walls are very thin though. We heard conversations from rooms either side of us.

It was fantastic, excellent communication, flawless keyless check-in and entry. Absolutely so clean. Shower water pressure was amazing. Room small, but tasteful and everything you could possibly need for a short stay. Shower was big. Netflix, Wifi all good. Great BBQ area. Definitely would stay again.

Beautifully appointed bungalow. Loved the decor and amenities. The plunge pool in the spacious backyard was a lovely surprises.

The apartment was clean, well equipped and spacious. Would come back again when travelling to Byron Bay Area.

The whole experience was excellent! The personal access code to unlock the door meant that check in was very easy and the room was well equipped and very clean.

Big surprises come in small packages..Room really clean, great towels, cold fridge and strong water pressure in the shower after a 30c+ day. Biggest surprise was the super comfy bed, very nice sheets. A firmer pillow would have been the icing on the cake but all good anyhoo. The window shelf is a great idea. Great vibe to the room. Perfect stay for catching Spiderbait at the pub..thanks and we'll be back..

Great accommodation and generous staff

Room was very clean, really nice remodel, good quality linen, bathroom clean and tidy. My only complaint is that there is no bench in the bathroom, so nowhere to put toiletries, apart from the window sill. Otherwise, great!

Check in was easy with the app which was a good start Place looks nice from the outside and very quaint which we loved and we were able to park the car which was great. However this is where the good ends. Upon arrival we liked the room itself and felt it was quite welcoming and cosy, however upon entering the bathroom we noticed the walls were covered with ants. As we looked closer around the rest of the room it became clear that the ants were everywhere in the room, covering the walls behind the bed and everything, I tried to make contact with staff however with it being later in the evening we arrived no one was available to help on the phone and nobody answered, I also took to messaging via hotels.com however as far as I’m aware there’s still been no response. Given we had nowhere else to stay we pulled the bed out from the wall, brushed off the ants from the bed and hoped we’d get some sleep, unfortunately not much sleep was had which was a real shame and had a big impact on our road trip. The following evening after leaving I thought that I may have left my wedding ring behind and the motel so proceeded to email them directly to ask if they could kindly check the room for me to see if it was there. This was on Monday the 1st December, it’s now 5 days later and there still hasn’t been as much as an email or call back to say they’d checked for us, nor has there been any response about the ants, absolutely shambolic levels of service, be warned.

The motel room was spotlessly clean and very modern. It had all the facilities I needed including a fridge, crockery, cutlery and excellent air con. It was a 10 minute walk to the town centre and beach. I would definitely recommend the motel.

The room was clean with lots of room which was great as we were travelling with our dog. Staff were helpful with extra towels and any questions we had. Great comfy beds and a short walk to some excellent restaurants.

Room very clean however feel carpet not practical as very stained. Staff very friendly and helpful.location great.
