Everything was amazing! Nicci exceeeded our expectations. The property was lovely, beds comfortable, lots of amenities in kitchen, bbq worked well and was home was spacious and clean. Accessibility was exactly what we were looking for. Great location and sunset from small hike on property. Also saw some kangaroos and an eucalyptus glider outside our porch on the first night. We had a beautiful, relaxing stay at The Rocks. Watching the Kangaroos & Joeys in the early morning and late evenings. It was just what we needed and I highly recommend it.

Just perfect for our needs: very quiet, nice amenities, near...but not too near ...town. wish we had another day or two to enjoy. Would return , without hesitation. .

Beautiful space to relax and unwind. Our host Nikki was so wonderful and we loved all the little details in our villa - beautifully decorated, quality products and the landscape made it feel like we were secluded yet only a short trip to the high street

We have been to Stanthorpe yearly for the past 5 or 6 years at this time of year. We live on the Sunshine Coast and love that cool change in the weather in Stanthorpe. Starting a log fire and spending time with your partner...Wineries...Food...and the National Parks. We have stayed at numerous different places, but 31 The Rocks is the place to stay.... easily. Close to town, ($12 cab fare), so you can go out for dinner, and return to your Villa easily, and cost effectively. Nicci who owns and runs the property is professional, caring and knows all about the area. I cant thank her enough for a wonderful stay. You will love the well appointed villas. We stayed at 31The Rocks and found it to be an excellent base to explore Stanthorpe and its surroundings. The bed was comfortable, towels large and fluffy and the amenities comfortable and well appointed. We particularly enjoyed the bush setting and took advantage of the trails on the property which afforded some beautiful views. Watching the sunset in the evening was a highlight. The only downside was the poor phone reception and the patchy internet, however we were advised about this prior to our visit. There is a lounge cabin a little distance from the other cabins where there is better reception. Communication was excellent. Thank you. We hope to return soon.

This property was sensational. The host made our stay memorable with her recommendations on things to do and all of her communication during our stay. We would highly recommend this place, and we will be back again.

Loved the peace and quiet, and scenery. The only thing, no internet in cabins. But overall, will go back there again. 😊

We enjoyed our stay at 31 the Rocks. Cabin was clean and the wood burning heater was toasty warm with plenty of firewood provided. The setting was very peaceful and we loved seeing the kangaroos out and about at dusk and dawn. Wifi was basically nonexistent and mobile data was patchy which was disappointing. Breakfast provisions weren’t plentiful but plenty of grocery stores in town. Just a hint, don’t use Google Maps to get there - there’s a shorter route which we also used to walk there a couple of times.

Our studio villa was just the right size for the two of us, and we found all the amenities we needed in the place. Breakfast items were just what we needed. They even demonstrated how to get the fire place started. The host couple was very willingly provided useful information about the area. Very cosy place. All in all, this is a wonderful place to stay and relax.

Very close to everything yet peaceful with a great little sunset hike on the property. The hosts were very welcoming, personable and helpful with a great knowledge of the region and its attractions. Highly recommend staying here.

Love how this accomodation embraces the local landscape. So beautiful and serene in amongst the rocks that give this awesome region its name. We would love to come back in the warmer months. We enjoyed the cold and had a cosy fire with plenty of wood. Room was spotlessly clean and well maintained. Scott and Deb, the owners are friendly, delightful and helpful.
