Check-in was easy, staff was friendly and helpful. Room was small with stains on the carpet and marks on the wall - not great. Evening meal was very good in terms of quality. Not great was serving time and overall state of chairs and tables. Chairs were absolutely uncomfortable and tables wabbly in restaurant and breakfast room. Parking was OK, but road into property is full of potholes.

Great hotel in palatial gardens closed to major motorway. Easy parking. Comfy bed. Great hot shower. Tired in places but adds to its charm

Fabulous house, super decor and wonderful staff.

Lovely executive room in the main house, Heating was not working but staff provided extra heaters and stay was comfortable. Breakfast was good and staff very friendly and helpful. Would recommend

Good breakfast and easy parking

The room was clean and comfy. The food was gorgeous. We had an evening meal and breakfast and both were stunning.

The only thing which needs to improve is to supply water bottles in the room and the biggest point is the shower! It needs to have a shower head which gives you more pressure when having a SHOWER.

Great wedding venue

The staff are super friendly and helpful, the food is excellent and the Hotel is very clean throughout.

Location was beautiful, very chilled vibe. Staff were accommodating and let us eat in the bar area as the restaurant was full. We hadn’t booked. Room was clean, bedding good quality. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed here before so knew what to expect. I had a good rate. This hotel is conveniently located close to main road. Easy car park. Lovely old building in manicured grounds. Rooms a little tired but great hot shower and comfy bed. Receptionist really friendly too

Clean room

Very uncomfortable bed. Very noisy on Saturday night. Room not very clean ie thick dust on skirtings, radiatios and door moldings and black under toilet rim. No clean mugs when room made up. Only one bathroom glass.
