The hosts we friendly & welcoming showed us around the cottage & make us a fresh loaf of bread & amazing breakfast food was supplied. Would certainly recommend this property.

A well presented and quiet place to stay. Very comfortable and extras provided. Friendly welcome and good facilities such as the iron.

The host, Richard, was very friendly and contacted us to know what time we would be arriving so the room was nice and toasty. The bed was beautifully presented and comfortable. My husband enjoyed the complimentary glass of port, which was a really nice touch. Set in a beautiful quiet location with gum trees opposite the property and frogs croaking at night.

Prime location quiet country setting. Excellent accommodation great place to relax and unwind. Owners are friendly and take pride in their establishment.

Cottages on Edward was a wonderful, tranquil and comfortable place to stay. The owners go the extra yard and have paid so much attention to detail to make sure the cottages are homely and enjoyable. From the candle in the bathroom (which has a double spa bath) to the port, snacks in the kitchen, historic books on the area, a bbq area just out the door and a beautiful spot to sit under the trees by the river. I highly recommend it.

A fully equipped cottage with everything we needed. Comfortable bed, quiet location and breakfast provided.

Loved it was a private cottage with kitchen lounge area and bedroom area, loved the huge bathroom with the large Spa bath. Lovely surprise of a cheese and fruit platter with some Port. Nice breaky basket for the morning, good coffee maker not just instant coffee. Lovely quiet place on the river, could walk down to look at the river. Hosts were pleasant and met on my arrival to show me around, would recommend and would stay next time in Deni.

The best place to stay in Deniliquin. Cottage lovely, everything you could need supplied and the hosts were very friendly and helpful. Could not recommend stsying there more highly.

What a totally amazing experience we had staying at Cottages on Edward. Extremely welcoming and helpful hosts throughout. Cottage was spotlessly clean with everything you could need including the most comfortable bed. The hot water stays hot to fill the spa. Breakfast was provided, and access to a private jetty where we caught 5 fish in under 2hrs. My partner and I work long hours as nurses and I couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing and peaceful place to take her away for a night. We will be returning for sure.

What a wonderful location these cottages are set in with beautiful gardens and the river at the back. The cottages are well appointed with a great full breakfast, cheese plate and port.
