Cockroaches everywhere when we return to hotel room at night. Cigarette holes in bed cover No door to shower was broken

Was great to to have somewhere to stay for a night it was quiet we were in a back room with our grandchildren and dog, nothing flash but very adequate for night

You should probably let your cleaners know to wipe more then the top shelves down

Older type motel. Staff very good. Spacious rooms.very basic facilities. Dining in is okay and no complaints. I would consider staying again

Not clean in landury and the room had a bad odour. Smells like cigarette smoke in the main office which wasnt pleasant at all at check in.

for a pet friendly motor inn you should remove the carpet and lay vinyl flooring

The room is spacious and clean, and key pickup and drop-off process outside staff hours was easy and convenient. Highly recommend!

Room was clean. Staff were very nice.

Place is run down, couldnt shut toilet/shower door. Night Meal was half hr late.

I had difficulty getting into the tub/shower. I never asked to be shifted that was on me.

The exhaust fan in bathroom did not work, the shower screen pulls apart. The chain lock on the front door was broken. No lock on the glass window. The beds were clean and comfortable. The room was more spacious than expected which was nice. We were only provided with 4 towels when we booked for 5 people.

No hot water for a shower, one plasticp teaspoon was all the cutlery, one light worked, We had a patio table that had last guests empties left on it. Bar and grill was non existant. Food could be served to your room and you could get a beer from the office. Water hammer was terrible and could not stop shower from running all night. The bathroom door didn't completely close so we couldn't shut out the noise of the leaky shower

The staff are friendly and accomodating.
