We had a comfortable night sleep and with modern bathroom. Breakfast was included continental with lots of options. We are on the ground floor and we were able to sit out on the veranda,Our function was at the hydro as well in the dining room which was delicious.

The atmosphere and service of the property is excellent. If any critique is to be given, the lighting in the room is still from the Victorian era (haha) and could be an issue for some. The room size which we used is generous and the bathroom facilities are very good.

The rooms are clean and comfortable and the owners have renovated most of the bathrooms. Continental breakfast is included in the tariff. The meals in the licensed restaurant were absolutely delicious, well presented and very reasonably priced. Leeton shops are within walking distance and wineries / tourist attractions are only a short drive away.

Lovely old building, our room had a new bathroom. The self serve continental breakfast was good.

Beautiful historic building which has been done up a treat. Clean, comfortable and fantastic location with great views.

The biggest drawcard, apart from the location near an impressive boulevarde, was having complimentary breakfast in a room not far from reception. It would have been better to have somewhere to leave the key when ready to check out, instead of calling up.

Loved the authentic nature of the place. All original fixtures with modern bathrooms. Best of both worlds. Situated in an Art Deco town. Definitely worth a stop.
