Family room had more than we needed for an overnight stop and would be more than enough if we had stayed for longer. Very impressed with the kitchenette and supplies making it easy to prepare dinner and breakfast. The little things like a bottle of water and ice in the freezer and loved that we were provided with a bottle of detergent for washing dishes and not a small satchet, as most motels/parks provide these days, it's these small gestures that were really appreciated especially when we had just travelled 11hours. Beds were comfortable, we had such a restful sleep, linen clean, fresh and modern. Towels thick, clean and fresh. The room was clean, neat and tidy with a modern fresh look. The bathroom is a bit dated, but still very functional and maintained and the shower hot water was great. Overall we were very impressed and would definitely stay again and highly recommend. Thank you, our tired bodies appreciated the last minute room change too.

Door was difficult to close and fan blew up resulting in lighting circuit going out so we were left in the dark as we prepared for an early morning departure

We arrived late. They upgraded our room to a room with a king-size bed. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Staff was very friendly.
