The view was stunning, especially the sunsets. The bathrooms were very new and clean. The building and furnishing is a a little bit old, but sufficient for our stay. Reception was friendly. Definitely worth it for the price, would stay here again.

This property location is fantastic for what I wanted during my stay, but the apartment itself was way bigger than I was expecting! Super nice room and I can't wait to stay here again

Great stay. Good central location. Older style unit but large. Full sized functional kitchen. Huge balcony. Secure carpark. Would stay there again.

The view from the apartment is spectacular and it was very clean, however, there are a few things that were disappointing and impacted on our overall experience. Firstly, it was unbelievably hot and there are no aircons in any of the bedrooms. The aircon in the living area is on a timer and when I asked management to take it off we were told we would just have to get up and put it on through the night. The fans in the living area couldn’t be turned on by us and I asked management for some help which was not forthcoming until checkout we were told there’s a remote switch. The pool doesn’t open till 8am which is late considering it’s light at 5 and you can’t sleep because of the heat. This is supposed to be a deluxe accommodation and the little annoying things made it very overpriced. I could not recommend this property.

Wonderful apartment & wonderful view Nice communication but able to be better because only serviced once during 15 days stay...Needs a minimum of 2 services for that time so we are sure this gonna be done during the next stay. Thanks to the team.

It was comfortable, I was warmly welcomed a d given lots of great info and assured of ease of contact for any enquiries I might have. Room was quiet, tidy and with all you would need. The view was lovely. It was a bit cool for the outdoor pool but the indoorcspa and saina were amazing !!!

The location was perfect for the GC600, not too far from the track to walk but far away enough that the noise wasn’t a disturbance. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend it to others!!

We arrive the apartment late, and Manager Peter arrange the keys to us very well, thanks for the support. The view is exactly the photos you watched in the website, no Photoshop, and the location is near the Glink, Surfer Paradise and city centre. Apartment inside is clean and tidy, the balcony is the best place to enjoy the breakfast. Unfortunately the room besides are under refurbishment, but they still keep quiet and clean, well done.

When we arrived Peter the manager wason duty very kind and obliging explained everything to us clearly ,the apartment was fantastic clean spacious,the views tremendous we didnt want for anything would recommend these apartments to everyone we will be back Thankyou

Spectrum is a well located Apartment in a quiet area close to Surfers Paradise. Lovely views over the river and parkland are assets. The older style apartment was spacious and well designed. Public transport is a short walk away. We would happily stay there again.

The balcony, view and location were great. Disappointed with the apartment itself. Not what we were expecting. The place had a very strong smell unless the doors were open. The comforter on one of the beds was dirty. Considering it’s a minimum of three night stay, we expected more supplies, like dishwasher soap and toilet paper.

Would recommend to family and friends, great location close to beautiful beach and shopping, with great restaurants about also.

It was a pleasant trip , the apartment is so close to everything , the receptionist are so friendly , we will come back soon
