Staff amenities they committed fraudulent behaviour kicking us out before time and lying about us stealing to keep our money NEVER COME HERE or the cbd they own both and not fit for humans

Average 3 star motel room

The access was quick after the phone call but the state of the room was diabolical. Black mould in the bathroom, possible blood stain on the carpet and if you check out the doona stowed in the drawer it is covered in possible blood or lipstick stains. We booked for three and got the extra bed shoved in the corner but no extra bath linen. I was not happy but the morning kookaburra call was a nice touch.

Could not check in as no one answered the phone to ring and never got a call back.

Either wotif or the hotel have taken payment for this booking however no party will claim and take ownership of the fraudulent transaction not will they return the money. The lack of response for both the partys has been non existent in returning of the funds that saw me having no accommodation until I paid the amount for another room.

Cheap clean what was advertised avery nice place wakable to everything and evertytjing you needed

No Staff physically present on the property. Compendium states room serviced daily. Room not serviced at all during a 5 night stay. Compendium states use do not disturb sign if required. No sign available. Bedside lamp was not working, when checking to see if it was plugged in found bare wires at the plug!

Old hotel, needs renovation For the price, I expected a decent bathroom. Only saving factor, is the view from the room

Some part of property need to be upgraded.

This is a terrible place do not stay in room 505 i should send a bill for scrubbing that bathroom out fix the soap dish a child slips up in that gammon spa they will cut their face open get new cleaners ..

Above all you need too up grade pictures on line, old pictures are currently used.

Too much light comes into room at night time. Shower over bath is awful. Bowls in draw were dirty.

This was very affordable and in a great location near the town centre. It is a little run down but would have been fancy when first built. Some suggestions: Better Security on front door and windows (one window was good though). Replace the torn shade sail material for those guests with cars. That would also improve the aesthetics. Clean enough. Very Good for the low price.

Managers are ignorant and service is poor. Communication between management doesn't seem to happen..

This is an aging property - however the bed is very comfortable.

Shower didnt work at all. Dog barking inside room 502 quit often.

I would stay again quite a good place to stay .
