The room was very clean, the water hot and the bed very comfortable.

The front door was barely able to be open or shut, the blind did not cover the whole window.

Hard to rate this because they run two brands on the same premises - we booked one and were offered a better room in the other which is called "Y" which was quite ok although on a busy road
