We were very disappointed with our accommodation especially based on the price. The pictures showed it was like a resort, however nothing like it!!’

The owner was so lovely, made us feel very welcome. How place was beautiful and we had an awesome stay.

The room was the property owners converted laundry. The bed was low mattress was cheap uncomfortable. Pillows were flat no spares. It was not worth te high pric charged

Lovely property, really well equipped for family and friends stay. The only negative is we were 7 ladies staying and would have liked 2 bathrooms 😀

Units are very comfortable, very friendly staff , clean pool , good for families with kids or groups.

Pleasant easy to deal with staff. Comfy beds and parking at your door was good.

I loved how easy it was to communicate with the owners! The property was amazing! Didn’t want to leave, feeling very relaxed and calm don’t want to get back into the swing of things back in Melbourne.

Relaxed feeling, nice decor, peaceful. The owners were friendly and the villas are clean and spacious. If I had to fault anything it was the bathroom light didn't work properly but that was nothing as the property is lovely and will certainly return. Cute little Bali cards in the draw are a nice touch to. The driveway is fully lit up if you are driving back at night to :)

Quite surroundings and 5 mins drive to the nearby shopping center. And free BBQ Stove

The hotel is in the center of Phillip Island and it is convenient to see Penguin Parade. The room is big equipped with all necessary kitchen appliance but it lacks of washing dishes machine. Overall the hotel is good to stay.

Property is very average. I wont rate it more than a star. Advice if you booking their bring everything with you and dont use their facilities. Property owners told us that we took all their towels with us home."Which doesnt make sense and they charged us for it" there is no point literally for some one to take a dirty tea towel with them or a dirty towel back home.we left everything infront of them and they kept saying that they couldnt find any towel...probably to only add an extra charge.

House is so clean and environment is quiet.

Amazing, comfortable & close to everything. We had a relaxing winters getaway with friends & it was just what we were after.

The room was ok. We left the room nice and clean and we left at 8am in the morning. When we got back to England, only found out they have charged us £20 for no reason. Hotels.com tried to contact them but always couldn't get through them. The whole place was empty. I know why now. Will never return again to this villa. We are the frequent travellers. Worst owner we have ever met.

Homely place with nice decor. Comes with kettle, toaster & basic cutlery. Would be better if the WiFi works.
