Missing coffee machine as advertised. Air-conditioning/ heating didn't work. Very cold. Otherwise, clean, easy checkin, managers were lovely and communication was quick and accommodating. I would recommend but think it needs some improvement.

Easy parking and clean light apartment . Good location . Didn’t like that the pool was not heated so. Old not jump in for a dip .

Sharon was great. Responded to an early morning sms on her day off to extend our stay.

We stayed17 days had room cleaned twice but nothing is topped up no extra toilet paper etc 1 stay 1 lot of stuff. Management was nice and did give us an extra roll😀 Make sure to get your car out of car park before leaving keys in reception drop box as you can not get back to elevator without fob

It was a self contained apartment

Lady on reception was really helpful and let me use phone to sort out flat tyre on car.

The room was clean and very comfortable and had everything we needed for the 3night stay.

Great little room for our family. Kids loved having some grass area to play on outside the room! Quiet area and not too far for a walk to the beach.

Great communal spaces for eating and enjoying the pool. Rooms with everything you need and views of the kangaroos all day long in the nature reserve.

Nice amenities, ample space for family. Will definitely be back again

Perfect place for a stay in Bargara. It is about a 15 minute walk to the tavern and cafes but it’s a very nice walk along the waterfront. The units have everything you need to make your stay enjoyable.

Easy walk to the beach yet still quiet, lovely paddock across the road which housed a mob of kangaroos. Clean and tidy.

The hot water system is a joke, does not work at the basin in the bathroom at all, when any other tap is opened wether hot or cold the shower water goes cold

Nor clean, unit was outdated and in need of renovation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at Koola Beach apartments and especially loved the nightly visits by kangaroos and wallabies to feed on the grass in the spare block next door.

Leuk appartement met zeer vriendelijk personeel. Op korte afstand van strand en winkels. Rustige omgeving. Bij de receptie kan van alles geleend worden, zelfs golfclubs. Parkeren goed in de garage onder het complex. Sommige zaken in het interieur zijn wel aan vervanging/renovatie toe.

The photos make it look like its opposite the beach , but its two blocks away, the photos are deceiving , there is no beach or water view from the apartment i was given, the pool and spa are freezing ( not heated) otherwise it was ok.
