Clean and tidy value for money happy with check in and overall stay

Not quite sure what happened with our booking but the room advertised certainly was not a 1bd townhouse! We must have been given the left over availabilities that looked nothing like our booking. Can't believe they would even offer these rooms knowing the condition they are in! Booked a 1br townhouse was shown a 2br apartment not a townhouse which was old and had a very unsightly courtyard right in the middle of apartment. Husband queried booking so we were moved into a 3bd townhouse, 2 rooms closed off understandibly but we weren't even given the main bedroom which I believe would have had an ensuite. While my husband was having a shower the shower head fell off he reported it to reception who said it will be looked at sometime that day hence no shower for me after a pleasant morning walk, wasn't repaired until at least 3pm that afternoon. Blinds broken, aircon broken, dark very claustrophobic uncomfortable stay. We will not be returning to Bay Hideaway Resort.

Diane the owner was wonderful, very accomodating, such a hard worker. The resort has everything you need. Plenty of room, very comfy & the beds are very comfortable. We will definitely be back at some stage. Thank you

There was a broken armchair that couldn’t be sat on. There were marks including snot on the wall in the living room. The tv screen had been wiped down with a dirty/greasy rag that left smears over the screen. The mirrors in the bedroom hadn’t been cleaned for a long time. There needs to be an oven mitt for use in the kitchen. There needs to be some detergent available to use other than the dishwasher.

Christina was very friendly and helpful, willing to assist anytime. The property was presented very clean as well as the whole complex. The location of the complex is situated across from a shopping centre that includes woollies.

The unit we stayed in exceeded our expectations. The staff greeting us were so friendly and courteous, we will definitely look to stay here again

The bed was comfortable, the shower had hot water, everything worked as it should, the staff were friendly and helpful and I got a good night's sleep.

This is a great spot. Close to a shopping centre and a very comfortable two bedroom townhouse. Made out stay very pleasant.

Outdated, didn't show the property actual photos. 70's decor never been updated. Unit not cleaned to a normal standard, no clear instructions on property pool, bbq usage, if the unit was updated and maintained properly maybe the stay could of been better. Will not return.

Place was good location for me . Bedroom was hot even with air-conditioning , only issue. Staff very good .

Great place to stay. Property is clean and presentable with plenty of space. Includes full kitchen and washer and dryer which is very convenient .Large pool was awesome. Close to shops and a short drive to main esplanade. Would highly recommended .
