Great property, nice location near the beach. Has a swimming pool. Comfy bed and great linen. We will use again im sure.

Loved our stay at Raumati Sands so much we extended an extra night from our original booking. Our apartment was immaculate, had great amenities and was quiet. Lovely pool area. Beach, park, cafes and restaurants all within a 1-2min walk. We look forward to staying again next year.

Close proximity to beach and so close to restaurants and shops.

The location was good. There were shops, cafes, bakeries, takeaways and a pub within walking distance. The beach was within walking distance too. There was a small swimming pool and sun terrace that was relaxing.

A great location and excellent room with plenty of space to relax and unwind. The staff were friendly and helpful. Have stayed here before and would stay again.

Such a beautiful stay. We just pulled in to Raumati and booked online by the time we got there it was ready and he had just got paperwork. Lovely stay had everything there. And reception was superb love the high energy and very welcoming.

The ‘self parking onsite’ is a Wilson car park down the road. The lady at check in didn’t know how to charge so I ended up paying $15 for 30 mins then $70 on top for a 48 hour ticket I sourced myself. Booked a 2 bed apartment advertised as having 2 king size beds. Fact was 2 singles in each room. When I questioned this with the same lady in reception said ‘that’s just how we do things here’. Long wait for the lifts. Overall location to centre is good. Just major roadworks around the hotel makes it difficult to access.

What a great unit layout, super spacious, clean and quiet. The host gave us great recommendations on where to eat and beach walk access . Would stay here again!!

I loved my stay here, it was quiet and a relaxed family vibe. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they recommended the Thai restaurant down the road as one of the best in Wellington, and it was delicious!! The beach is just across the road and there are many good places to eat/explore just around the corner as well. Would highly recommend staying here.
