Would have been 5 stars if the property was clean. Unfortunately some areas were very dusty which affected my wife's allergies and there was no provision for cleaning equipment to let us vacuum etc. Our Expedia app message to the host requesting a vacuum apparently didn't get received until we left several days later, so a bit disappointed. It is a lovely property though and we hope to return in the future.

This property was excellent from start to finish, exceeding our expectations. While advertised as a superior bedroom with a kitchenette, it is a full-sized, gorgeous apartment with a living room (sea view), dining/kitchen, bedroom and spacious bathroom. The host provided us with much-welcomed food in the kitchen and on the counter, after a long drive. This included yogurt, bakery bread, cereal, eggs, milk etc. The location on Phillip Island is beautiful and a very short walk to Rhyll Inlet with fantastic bird watching and views of the water. Information in the flat was helpful for finding sights around the beautiful island. We cannot recommend it more highly.

Our stay was very comfortable. Spa and fire place were beautiful. Supplied breakfast was excellent.. just bring a sleeping mask if you want a sleep in. 😊

Relaxing weekend away, friendly and helpful hosts, nice and quiet location, walking distance to shops and restaurants on the foreshore, enjoyed the breakfast provided .

Good location

Oak Tree Lodge is situated in a beautiful quiet part of Phillip Island. It is an excellent place for relaxing and going for pleasant walks. The Lodge is very well equipped and the supplied food for breakfast was more than ample.

The Gatehouse was comfy and cosy with the wood burner and the spa bath adding a touch of luxury. The location was also great, a short wander from the shoreline, but tucked away in a quiet street. The breakfast supplies were more than generous and very delicious. Overall a wonderful few days.

Is good place to stay

Second time staying at the oaktree lodge. Had a wonderful experience again at this place. The owner was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The rooms were absolutely luxurious, clean and comfortable. I think I’ll always try booking this place first whenever I go to Phillip Island.

Lovely, private cottage with separate kitchen and sun lounge. Nice breakfast provisions left for our stay.

Great space, private with some shared facilities which provided plenty of opportunity for us to share in our neighbours children’s unmanaged frolicking. Very nicely appointed, well fitted out with everything you need. 👏👏👏

Tout est parfait mais il ne faut surtout pas arriver une fois la nuit tombée La zone est dans le noir total le cottage n est pas éclairé et difficilement localisable Personne a l accueil... la responsable est à 150 kms de lá... Mais bon après 45 min de recherches nous avons atteint un joli havre de paix....
