Lack of communication. Was supposed to msg me regarding after hours arrival. No msg recd until after we got there and had to try to ring them twice. They then didn't even msg me on the phone number they were supposed to but to another person who was also trying to contact them as we were standing there in the rain. Standing in the rain and wind waiting with no cover and this was only at 7pm at night. No proper signage or lighting to try and access the key box. Room was old and dated not a true picture as on their website. Infestation of ants in the kitchen appliances. Dirty tissues and rubbish under and around beds. No extra bedding/blankets available and it was cold. No actual latch mechanism on the bathroom door so you couldn't shut it properly. Unit 1 is extremely dated, dirty and old. Noisy. Cannot open the blinds properly. DO NOT STAY HERE - IT IS DISGUSTING and how they can justify charging money for it I do not know

Parking was good, the room was poorly cleaned, the beds very uncomfortable, one the bedsheets was dirty, the blinds old not working properly.

Short walk to the beach and cafes. Excellent location and excellent value.

Room was clean and tidy apart from ants in the bathroom when we arrived. Staff communicated well via text.

It was okay overall. Given the price, I expected a bit more in terms of facilities and service, though I understand it was a busy Christmas period.

Reception staff very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Unit was clean. Had usual amenities, coffee/tea, dish soap, laundry soap. Paper towels would have been nice. Loved that parking was included. The only thing I would point out, for some, might be an issue are the stairs. Does not matter which unit you stay in always stairs to negotiate. Enjoyed my stay

great location, helpful staff but in need of a good clean

Beaches on Wave, was safe, comfortable, clean with on site secure and easy parking. The Manager and staff were great and the property suited our needs. We would recommend it to anyone looking for a short stay on the Gold Coast.

The room we had was perfect for our situation. We did get small ants every night when we returned home which was very annoying. No elevator so stairs could be an issue for some people, but we were fine.

Enjoyed our stay very much.

This place was ok for an overnight stay, the room was in need of a deep clean, however all the linen was clean and the bed comfortable enough.

Person on reception was not engaged, the reception area was cluttered and dirty, the toiletries in the room were empty, the bed could not be slept in, I had to sleep on the couch. Only positive was that it is close to the beach.

Great little apartment, only issue was water pressure wasn't the best in the bathroom

Great place to stay for the weekend.

Super friendly staff, quite area, yet close to good dining options. Good gourmet food and wine shops, plenty of coffee options close walk away. Plus a great beach within minutes of walking.

The service and communication from Felix was fantastic. Our room was dated which was fine but it was also dirty. There were marks on the floor which showed it hadn't been mopped. The shower was all mouldy. The bathroom cupboard and kitchen drawers had dirt in them. I didn’t want to touch anything or use anything from the kitchen. There was a horrible stink so we had to leave early the next morning which was really frustrating as were were supposed to be there 2 days. It was not relaxing. The exterior, pool and location were fantastic. It was an easy walk to Miami Marketa for dinner. Beware of the road works too as they were working late into the night close by.
