Its a bit on the old and simple side, but its a cheap motel and for what you pay it does the job. Was fine for a cheap stop along our travels.

A bit tired, felt cramped too, not every room has a parking space in front of it. On the plus side the rooms and bathroom were spacious. Didn't use the pool but there were kids who were and having a great time. Just felt it was over priced for what you received. It was just an over night stay on our way elsewhere, so it fitted the bill.

Staff were very helpful. For an older building, the rooms were very good. I just needed a place to sleep and nothing else so it was perfect.

Tout était parfait. Nous nous sommes présenter le 12 oct mais le proprio ne trouvait pas notre réservation mais la voyait pour le 13. Je m'étais trompée de date mais il a été très compréhensif, et il nous a donné une meilleure chambre parce que celle prévue était occupée. Peu de proprio aurait fait ça je crois. Le lit confortable, grande chambre, grande salle de bain, tout a été rénové. Nous etions à la chambre #15. Même l'extérieur etait beau.

Shower floor in U3 is tiled with gloss ceramic (wall?) tiles and is VERY slippery!!! A shower mat on this floor is the the minimum suggested requirement Dr Ronald Grill 0148 823 339

Had a friendly welcome on arrival and was shown to my room. I was pleasantly surprised at the room ~ it was clean, fresh and modern. I was only an overnight stay so didn't enjoy the pool, but the family using it on arrival were having a wonderful time. The area was quiet and a good night's sleep was enjoyable.

we had a large car trailer we needed to fit on site and there was plenty of room. our appt was clean and tidy and the area was very quiet at night. Not our first stay and wont be our last cheers

This room was very neat, tidy, clean & comfortable. Staff were very friendly & welcoming, easy access and facilities were great. Old tennis court area could do with some TLC as it's the first thing you see when you drive in. Otherwise, excellent and would stay here again.
