It was a nice stay, but you could tell it is showing some wear.

We enjoyed our stay overall. Cleaning could be improved, particularly for hair. More towels needed in the pool area during busy times.

Beds were uncomfortable, breakfast was bad. Shower had mildew. Floor when I came into the room was rotten. The hotel is not sound proof at all. Would not stay at again.

We stayed one night with 2 young children. They had a blast in the pool and the waterslide! We were disappointed that the lounge area wasn't available during our stay. They room was comfortable and well equipped.

Very Comfortable. Two pillows. Comfy bed. A couple of USB charging on desk. Needed to be on the bedstand also.

Excellent hotel, only 2 suggestions for improvements: Pool and fitness room could close stlighly later on week ends at least. 10 pm is too early. Additionally, please offer more choices for the coffee in the room and in the breakfast.

Definitely needs to be updated in entry. They also need to take note of the ripped/burnt sheers in above room facing the entry. Not a good image. Breakfast was not the greatest. Boiled Sausages, no fruit; barely any alternatives. It reflected the attitude of the person responsible for the breakfast. No interaction made with anyone and she was non approachable. Only time she smiled and said anything was to a coworker. Suggest they re-evaluate her performance and quality she brings out. Not a great reflection on the Microtel.
