Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and spacious with a pretty small balcony looking out to pretty trees. Easy access to the tram for a quick trip to the race course for events or city for everything else!

Nice little boutique apartments central to everything, nice host and easy parking. Unfortunately the bed was horrible, honestly the hardest bed I have ever slept on. It really ruined the experience.

Great apartments if you need to stay in the area for events at Flemington Raceway or the Showgrounds or for the Royal Children’s Hospital. Close to the trams and trains. The apartments are very modern, spacious and well equipped. The manager is extremely helpful and made the stay feel really homely. I would definitely stay there again when next in town.

Close to everything

Great location as only a short tram ride from the CBD, but also restaurants and supermarkets nearby (walking distance) in North Melbourne. Our regular home away from home when in Melbourne.

Homely apartments close to Melbourne Zoo and the Childrens Hospital. Flemington racecourse shortish walk to. Short run to the west and airport. Plenty of free parking close to the hotel. All in all very good value.
